I can'r help but notice their 'disciplined hockey' stretches largely coincide with relative good health. This team has no legit depth so most any injury causes a domino effect. They are relatively healthy... right now...

Still too many bad penalties, especially by those getting paid large amounts of money to know better than that.

A couple of things I would like to see regarding penalties: A subtraction from a player's +/- if the opponent scores with the man-advantage because of a penalty committed by that player; and a more-detailed breakdown of a player's penalty history to account for such things as matching penalties (usually from fighting/roughing when an opposing player must leave for the same amount of time), misconduct penalties etc so that a better understanding is possible on exactly how often a player is making his team play short-handed because of him... Zadorov & Kastelic are #s 1 & 2 in the league in PMs, but a lot of those minutes do not involve the Bs playing short-handed. Still too many though...

The refs need to pay attention more. They were letting TB get away with starting **** during that undisciplined 2nd period. Boston has to know better, but the refs were atrocious in that period too.

Also, that was some ******** theatrics to start the game. Pirates and scrolls and silly outfits. WTF? TB should be barred from ever again hosting an outdoor game. Made a mockery of the game Yuck. I think the stadium series has run its course.

You're spot on. Two things can be true; Tampa was getting away with murder and the B's got called for responding. Bad officiating led to undisciplined reaction, ugly all the way around. Swayman got assaulted in his crease, no call. B's clear offender out, whistle. Kastelic takes a slash, gets called for responding with a crosscheck. Kuraly was on the ice getting hacked with no call, closes hand on puck and it's off to the sin bin. That said, if you're a Bruin there you have to read the sheet and use your head. Shameful all the way around.
