He has minimal coaching experience. Never a coordinator, never even called plays. Kraft hired him because he can relate to the players. Maybe the better job would of been player morale coach. By the time he learns how to coach he'll be fired from the Pats.
Im giving everyone some leash this year. I figged it would be ugly. Some bright spots are shining through. Theres light at the end of the tunnel if we think how we can add talent in the draft and supplement with cap space.
Rebuilding teams don’t win a lot of games. That’s a given but you need to see signs of hope. Good coaching decisions, good team effort, players starting to flash, limited boneheaded penalties. This team has very little of any of that
