I’ll take having the 4th pick if it means bringing in management who will actually draft competently vs. having all the picks in the world and having bad drafts.
I don't think this is a good enough draft to get a huge haul for that first pick. The most important thing is getting the right management and coaching.
Honestly I don’t care that much about the 1st pick. I am just afraid that a win could save Mayo job. I am confident that a loss would seal Mayo’s fate.
I mean Mayo has 0 incentive to want to lose this game, the team should not put any coach in this scenario, especially if they could get fired on Monday.
