Bills line on both sides is just too weak to win a SB. Until they get a good line they won't do anything.
This current Bills team is very reminiscent of those finesse Colts teams that just couldn't get over the hump! I do think they'll inevitably win a Lombardi at some point though
 
Other than us - when was the last team to lose a SB and bounce back the following year? Bengals are really impressive
I think it goes all the way back to the 1972 Dolphins.

The 72' Dolphins and before them the 71' Cowboys. So only been done thrice before.
 
Passing on 2nd and 2 was bad play calling.
