So, I am starting the 2023/2024 Roster Transaction thread because there have been a few transactions that affect this roster. I'm linking the 2022/2023 Roster Transaction thread.

NOTE: The 2023 IR rules allowed for 8 players to return from IR after missing 4 games.

The Practice Squad is now 16 Players.

Taylor and TE Scotty Washington. All of those players finished the season on the New England practice squad.

Looking at these for "potential", do you see any other than Howerton, Pharms, Ray and Washington? Maybe only Howerton.
