Drake London is special, he has enough speed. His catching ability is like no other.Drake London is slow. Like N’Keal and Joejuan Williams. He wouldn’t run a 40 at his pro day.
No thank you.
Jones is currently a better all around interior lineman than Davis as he is a legit 0 technique and can play all 3 downs. Davis may have the higher ceiling do to his freaky athleticism, but hasn't demonstrated a consistent pass rushing ability...yet. PFF currently has Jones rated at 27. I'd disagree that there is a huge drop off between the two. I think the huge drop off occurs after Jones. The drop off from Davis to Jones, imo, is big.

Daxton Hill can cover one on one.
Jones is not better than Davis, plus he played against inferior talent. I doubt he has faced any lineman that will ever play in the NFL.
Davis dominated in the SEC. Imagine UConn playing Georgia, The spread would be in the 40s.
I am a huge Davis fan, but i think you are right. I like Dax Hill but am hoping Davis is still there. If Davis is gone, I'm very good with Dax Hill.Dax Hill will be our first pick in the 2022 draft.

Interesting scenario, pick 21 comes up and Davis, Jones, Dax Hill, Drake London, Jameson Williams and Trent McDuffie are all still there.
What do you do?
Jim
I think you have to help out your QB first.
If you have all those players ranked equal you Have to give Mac Williams.
Also had 8 drops (only saw 2 and they were just bad/concentration) on 96 catchable passes last year. It doesn't bother people that Deebo had 10 last year (3 more than our entire WR corps), so this probably wouldn't be a deterrent.Drake London is slow. Like N’Keal and Joejuan Williams. More rounded, maybe. Better at what the Pats need him to do? I don’t buy it.
