If he plays tackle for them then kudos on Reid & co. for having the balls to try it.

Makes sense - they need a lot of help on the OL and he can play almost anywhere on it, so whatever hole they have left by training camp, they can just plug him there.

I'm a little amazed at this. Is Thuney that much better than Eric Fisher? I know they play different positions, but you're paying a premium for a guard and you badly need an LT.

Fisher popped his Achilles in last year's playoffs.

I'm sure it's heavily backloaded. Shaq Barrett got paid $17m AAV but cap hit year 1 was only $5ish million.

You gotta lose some to win some. With all the talent we added just now, probably wasnt wise to spend tackle money on a guard anyway since we have in house replacements already lined up. Curious to see what else KC does, they still have a lot of holes to fill on their OL. Not sure a SB contender should ever want to play a couple of rookies at OT spots.

I didnt mean to make fun of you. It is just something I have observed for a while now that apparently people have trouble with his name.

Which to me is not a good sign about a player. I dont think many have been misspelling Gronkowski after the 2011 season because he was actually a star player.

But all that is just reading tea leaves.

No problem. Trubisky is a guy I always space if the first vowel is an i or u or z or f or whatever. I just call him the guy the Bears took instead of Mahomes and Watson.

Thuney to the Chiefs seems to be a done deal.. Be interesting to see where they plan on playing him since they got rid of 3/5 of their line..

I think they move in from white.
I’d love to see Guy return and if not an equal replacement signed.
Butler doesn’t do anything for me.
Im sure they will sign folk and have a k competition.

There are still depth guys like wise, Byrd, Simon to consider.
On that note, last years defense has replaced Bentley with Hightower and Simon with judon. And it was the #8 defense.

I'm fine with signing the equivalents of my list. Yes, SImon should be added.
