So, Belichick traded with one of the best teams in football so he could say FU, I'm going to have a low round fourth next year, whether you like it or not?

Jonathan Williams is still on the board. I wouldn't mind see the Pats call his name.

He essentially took 2 sixes and turned them into a 4. The 4 so happens to fill a gap created by douchedell.

Did grigson use some colts fan's mock draft or something?

Crap. Bills get J Will.

Does Belichick really strike you as the sort of person to sacrifice value in the draft to make a meaningless statement?

Kind of a weird leap, imo. Belichick probably thinks they got good value for the trade and made it.

Hopefully we'll be able to pick him up off waivers.

Yeah, it only took two convoluted trades. I'm sure it wasn't a coincidence. Keep in mind, he didn't trade for a fourth, he traded for only a low fourth, unless two of the best teams, in a league where 90% of the teams are snit, go to pot.

It's spiteful, IMO and I like it.

Is it meaningless? I don't think so. Is he vengeful and spiteful when he's been wronged, confident that he can still outdo unjust handicaps? Sounds like Bill to me.

He's a little bit competitive.

Hmm, ok maybe it isn't meaningless on some level but I don't think it is meaningful enough to where he would make a trade that didn't represent value.

How about he thinks it's a decent value and increases our flexibility next year and is a little bit of a middle finger @ the NFL?
