NT is not a big need for the Chargers, but Jenkins presents too great a value to pass up IMO.

Kenrick Ellis to the Bucs is a little surprising to me. He's more of a 3-4 NT prospect and they just drafted two DT's last year in rounds 1 & 2. They need OL help more than DL since they got Ballard in round 2.

I am well aware that the Mims pick is way, way, too early. I have missed an OT on three picks now, Mims is the only one left that I feel has the potential to be a long term starter down the road. I didn't feel I could go another pick waiting for my OT the way this draft is going. There were 6 guys I thought would be there at 92 that just were not, so yeah. Bash away I deserve it on this pick.

I do think the Colts needs OL help they just won't go that way in the first round. I was hoping to take one in the 2nd but could not turn down LeShoure that late. I was actually thinking James Carpenter would slide to my pick but had to make other plans as OL started flying off the board.

I had that same problem at the beginning of the 2nd round with Arizona. There was a run of OT in the late first round and I had to reach for a OT in the early second. In hindsight, I should have taken a more valuable player at a different position in the 2nd and gotten a similar OT in the 3rd.

I wonder if this same scenario will play out in the real draft.

I went with position value on Chimdi Chekwa. I wanted to go with a pass rusher, but everyone on this board seems to overvalue them and pick them way too early The Cardinals need help in their secondary so CB was the pick. Chekwa has the athletic ability and experience. The only question for me was the injury.
