2011 Mock Draft Game Discussion

I've got PMs for the next 3 picks as soon as the Chargers GM posts there's.

I'll give the Chargers GM 30 minutes. After that I will post that pick and the remaining picks to close out the second round.

Hmm... Thinking about who I should pick still, and I need 50 posts to post an image.

Mallet's character issues and sometimes poor decisions aside (probably why he fell this far), I like the Panthers pick. They get a 1st round QB talent with a cannon of an arm and good accuracy at times.

If this happened it would certainly give the Panthers something to look forward to; that being Ryan Mallet hail marys to A.J Green.

Remove Mallett's name and insert Clausen and I swear I read this last year...

There's something seriously wrong with your offense if it depends on hail mary attempts to work.

Kyle Rudolph. Makes me wonder if he has a shiny nose. LOL. JK. I wonder if there is any correlation to names and success in the NFL though. Probably not but it makes you think. Some guys just have intriguing football type names.

That was the guy I had pegged for Denver lol but oh well Ahmad Black could be a nice replacement for BDawk.

Rudolph had no business being in the 3rd round. He will be a top 40 pick. If my teams didn't already have Clark/Tamme and Cooley/Davis I would have picked him.

TE was not a need for the Cowboys but with Kyle Rudolph still in the board I was looking at my makeshift draftboard I drew up for the Bears and his name was looking better and better.

Not for nothing, but the Buffalo Bills should seriously consider hiring me as a consultant or something...Nick Fairley, Corey Liuget and Christian Ponder. Wow.

I was going to post on this point, I am happy that you are here with us and not helping them because you are killing it, this draft is the Black Swan vehicle to your Natalie Portman.

This was my toughest pick. I really wanted to take a OLB and of course looking at how the draft is going I should of taken a OLB in round 2 and OT in round 3. But everyone on this board (myself include) is obsessed with OLB/DEs so all the good ones were taken Instead I decided to go with best value on defense and Nevis will make an impact day 1. Hopefully making everyone else better around him.

@patriotscpfc

Casey was already taken.....and you probably thought you got a steal

It was an amazing value. Not legal but amazing value. No different from a $3 lap dance.

that's twice now

perhaps we should inquire about a new GM for Cleveland?

Agree, and to blame us because because we overdraft is pretty pathetic. I wonder what Tom Brady rated as before the 2000 draft??

"If people stopped reaching 30 picks above players it would help.

Don't expect someone rated around 65 to be going in the early 2nd round.

To be honest, I don't know now care who Cleveland take so i'll go random."

It is pretty easy when you decide on your selection just look through the names and if you do not see your pick then you are good to go. Instead you twice in a row pick a player already taken??

If you do not care about this then just step aside and let someone take over who will take the time to scan through 70 names.

If Oakland is still available I'll take them.....Seattle doesn't have a 3rd round pick
