I like the Dalton pick. If Houston hadn't mysteriously fallen to 41 Dalton would have been a Redskin.

The skins draft is looking good. Filled a big need of WR with Julio Jones and got Houston to fall to you. I'm proud you didn't pick Newton.

Rumours abound that Bruce Carter will get a clean bill of health this week. The Lions have been tracking him closely and I don't see them passing on him in the second round if he is anywhere close to where he was before the injury.

I would have taken Phillip Taylor from Baylor at 7:57 but such is life.

Um the Jets pick was scheduled for over 24 hrs ago on Thursday night. We even waited an hour after the scheduled time until 9pm to make the pick.

Of the players available Clayborn was the BPA and also fits a need at DE since both Ellis and Pryce are UFA's and also will be 34 and 36 yrs old next year. Pouha can hold down NT for another year.

Thats a good question. This is the first pick for the Oakland GM and all I can say is if the pick is not in when I wake up in the morning I will make the selection. He does have a 12 am deadline. I feel the same as you do.

Sheard is a good pick for the Jags who need a passrush. Despite drafting DL recently, Jags haven't really gotten a passrushing stud. Alualu is a pretty good player but they still have a need.

Just put the next pick up for a GM vote if need be?
