The fear of things that happened 6-7 years ago never ceases to amaze me. I mean this was almost 2 entire draft generations ago if you assume 4 year contracts.

I wish I would understand why some people are so excited about Lamar Jackson. He has been more or less Tebow-esque this season. There is no guarantee that he will get substantially better as a NFL-level passer.

You'd think this uncertainty would make marquee FA rather avoid the Ravens. Well that and living in Baltimore.

Pats nearly lost to them, at home - again - in the POs just 4 years ago. They're the only franchise to defeat us at home in the POs more than once. Their HC then is still their HC now.

The question isn't whether or not someone who's historically had success against another is to be taken more seriously as a result because, generally speaking, of course he is. The question is whether or not that someone who had that success only had it because of factors that no longer apply.
