I don't understand. Why have the conflab to discuss merit for members. Surely each individual member of the group can make their minds up. This is absurd to deny a coach that masterminded 6 SB wins and 9 conference championships.
The vitriol towards him runs deep, without regard he did it his way and we are all the better for it.
He left with a bad taste in our mouths, primarily as he refused to change with the times, fell of quickly and his idiotic fallout with #12.
Without regard there is no reason why he should not have been a near unanimous selection to the HOF...

I'm hoping Tom comes out with a statement this morning. I'm hoping that team HOFs also come out in support. I doubt RKK says anything. Goodell will probably get involved within the next 24 hours. Its such a terrible look for the institution.
