The media absolutely does not hate Brady the way they hate Belichick. Like it's not even close. If Bill was not known as adversarial with the media and journalists, we wouldn't even be talking about Spygate or any other possible reasons why they would do this to him. They'd just say "meh it's Bill Belichick, why are we debating". It's like I said, a last chance to get a pound of flesh while they still can before he's beyond their reach forever.

Yeah and Tom is getting more and more beloved league wide since he's improving in the booth
His Tampa stint also made people appreciate him more

This is absurd to deny a coach that masterminded 6 SB wins and 9 conference championships.
The vitriol towards him runs deep, without regard he did it his way and we are all the better for it.
He left with a bad taste in our mouths, primarily as he refused to change with the times, fell of quickly and his idiotic fallout with #12.
Without regard there is no reason why he should not have been a near unanimous selection to the HOF...
