Nix has had 8 4th quarter and OT comebacks in year 2. All he does is ball out. Maye concerns me. Sure, he’s adequate but he makes a lot of mistakes under pressure and pressure is what he’s gonna see at altitude next week.
Drake Maye was literally one of the best, if not the best QB under pressure this year what are you talking about ?

Drake has small hands. Nothing you can do about that. he will always have trouble holding on the ball.

What you hope is that he can develop a better sense of pressure otherwise those fumble coming from a rusher on his blindside will continue to happen. Brady was the king of that. It’s like he had eyes in the back of his head.

What he has to cleanup without compromise is his decision making in the pocket. 80% of his fumbles is him trying to do too much,

on the Patriots postgame show Mike Dussault said that Drake Maye had the most fumble in the NFL with 13 in the regular season. You add to that 6 fumbles in the postseason. That’s 19 fumbles in 19 games. That can’t continue
Don’t believe his hand size has anything to do with a DL with extra long arms swatting at a ball held in throwing position or punching during a run play. Total BS

plus IIRC they are only like a 1/8 or 1/4 inch smaller than Brady or other greats.

This goes in same silly argument pile w the Campbell arm length.

NFL is going to want the two MVP favorites battling in the SB no doubt.

You lost to buffalo in NE being up 21 points in a key game. Sit down.
Isn’t Buffalo the team that once again is watching the superbowl from the couch?

Win or lose idk but dude ur on a pats forum instead of being with your broncos buddies. Your personality just did a 180 from the last time we talked on here lmao

I look forward to a good game next week, one you have to win seeing as our star QB is out. For Denver, if we win, we get to trade Stidham in the offseason for 2 first round picks. Win win for us.
Highly doubtful you’re getting even 1 first round pick for Stidham. Maybe a third if you’re lucky.

Mayes gonna lose to Stidham. Kinda funny.
Tell you what, lest reconvene on here next Sunday.
Bro who gives af. Win or lose it’s just a game brother. You’re on a Patriots forum talking mad ****. Like I loved Brady but I didn’t have this weird obsession to defend the guy all the time. Of course I want to win but if we lose it’s whatever. Now, if you guys lose please reevaluate your life and go talk to your broncos buddies instead. Actually, if you win please do that too

We're on to the Broncos next weekend with a shot at going to the Super Bowl.

Discuss.

What a season!!! This has been such a magical season.. it just feels like so reminiscent of 2001.. now we get a chance at redemption from past losses.. 2005, 2014, 2016 in the postseason.

Houstons defense was as advertised and reminded me of those Ravens teams we faced.. I believe the team should head to Denver a day early to get acclimated to the Altitude.

You mean Stidham who hasn't played since 2023? You mean Stidham who was a back up to Cam Newton!!!!!! Your defense overrated and I expect Riley to get mossed all game..

Hutchins wasn't "wide open". Spillane was in coverage. Not sure WHY. This is something that @KCSVEN can look at during his review of the all-22..
He apparently was wide open. For some reason they had 2 deep safeties but Woodson was up close to the line and Charles Woods was back and Woods jumped the underneath route and let Hitchins run right by him. That's Woods 8 yards behind the play. Should have been a TD with a better throw. I thought Pats had some bad play calls on offense and defense under 2 minutes. Almost let them have a chance at onside kick in tough conditions.

But he’s not playing with a HOF WR, prime Waller at TE & Josh Jacobs at RB. Also, we drafted him & know his tendencies better than anyone since McDaniels coached him….Stidham is solid though; just thought I’d provide some context. I’ll always respect the opponent because any given Sunday…

I LOVE waking up to this!!! Denver hate already, complete with pre-scuse!

Dude how can you write off Stidham like that and make him take the hit for your team before he even sets foot on the field?!?! We didn't give up on Tommy in 2001, we reveled in doing it w/TFB!

NEXT MAN UP, or doesn't your team play in the NFL? Are you in a flag football league or something, or some magical football land where your favorite player is injury proof?

In 2008 Brady went down and we went 11-5. You think losing what's his name? Bo Nix? You think that's some season-ending defining moment? Then your team's not a team, not by Patriots standards.

Stidham knows all about that lore - don't you think this is, in his mind, the moment his whole life has been leading to?

I HOPE that Vrabel can get across the power of that narrative to the Pats, how motivating it can be. I am glad Denver fans can't see past their overhyped wunderkind to root for their actual QB. Look, half the guys on here can throw a 50-yard spiral in Mile High. Okay, slight exaggeration. But point is, he's been playing there all year (granted, on the sidelines, but still.)

Your guys know altitude. Buck up, lil Broncoroo! There are so many narratives to raise your hopes around!!!

But don't try to peddle a pre-scuse and troll us at the same time, ya swastika-airport-havin', oxygen-deprived, altitude-delulu, bucktooth john-elway lookin', cocaine-horse logo wearin', Rocky Mountain Oyster slurpin BeDonkeBronc.

Pick a lane, "Wah!!! We couldn't win, one guy was hurt!!!" or "You can't beat us you're crappy," not both.

We're the best, you're the rest; admit it to yourself. You'll have an easier time sleeping for the next 20 years or so.

This feels so good. We needed that 5-year rest!
