That's all I have to say.

LOL!!!

Nice work...

Afran and Meyer are both attorneys suing 'in the public interest"...........

That doesn't mean they think they are competent to handle a class action suit. They haven't served the Pats because they are afraid to, they can't get any other Plaintiffs to join them, or probably both.

"The suit calculated that because customers paid $61.6 million to watch eight "fraudulent" games, they're entitled to triple that amount — or $184.8 million — in compensation under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act."

I think this guy will get shot before any of this happens....by Giants fans.....

Technically, can't nearly all the games the Jets have played be considered "fraudulent"?

I mean people come to games expecting to see an actual NFL team!

Cant we as fans sue the jets for well being really bad?

if He sues the Pats, i will counter-sue his mother for giving birth to him.

this is really nothing. judges give litigants these type of extensions almost as a matter of course. all this does is give the guy some more time to amend his complaint, the thing which started the whole lawsuit. the problem for this guy will be to prove somehow that the videotaping caused him damages. the case will ultimately get dismissed.

The only damages that is proven is that he is a JESTS fan and that is enough!!

As a minor correction, I believe the proper term here is "JEST fan." After all, the entire team is just one big joke.

I like the idea if the guy above who said that they should allow the jets fans to sue the jets for putting a fraudulent product that supposed to resemble a football team on the field.

but seriously, i'm guessing what will happen is that after the amended complaint is filed, the patriots will ask the judge more time to put in an answer (since that is only fair) and then the pats will file a motion to dismiss. honestly, i don't see why this case has been on since september.

The attorneys must be JEST fans....

THis is going to be dismissed just like the equally idiotic suit file in New Orleans.

I wish that the bar associations would crack down on lawyers who waste everyone's time with this crap.

Okay I'll work on a web site but I WON'T file amicus briefs. Ya gotta draw the line.
