Plus, the trade can't actually be official until 6/2, hence the POST 6/1 date. AND the Bastards aren't required to anything on 6/2. They could drag this out right up until Camp if they want to, if they want to squeeze us into getting a bit more.

That depends upon whether they have already reached an agreement or not. If they have Roseman would be unwise to renege on it, as you poison a relationship you may need in the future. If there is no deal in place then either team can do what they want, and the Patriots can simply sign Diggs and tell the Eagles good luck getting rid of their player.

I find it hard to believe that Philly made all those moves at WR, while the Patriots ignored WR in the draft if there is no deal in place. Is it possible, yes. Is it likely, no.

No. It's not. 1yr is a lot different than 4 years. Brown turns 29 in a bit over a month. That's a lot closer to 30 than 25. Though I don't agree with his analogy, the reality is that you round up when beyond halfway and round down otherwise.

Also you don't de-age so rounding down is kinda silly.

Due to where Diggs is at physically in his career, he should seriously consider it. However, he's probably in denial thinking he could carry an offense and should receive something like $26M. He'd be offended with the amount of money the Pats offer him.

I think it's going to happen immediately. I think everyone wants to be done with this, The Patriots, the Eagles, and especially Brown. There are camps coming up and it doesn't make sense for him to be either participating or not participating in them for all involved. But that only applies if the deal is already done. If the Eagles want to screw around they hold the cards and can do so, but if the terms have been agreed upon then what's the point of doing that?

100%.. if you remember the Morning of the Buffalo game season finale of mayo being fired Shefty broke it on ESPN that Morning.. as far as Boutte I like Boutte and personally feel he's gonna shoot his way out of town.. realistically he needs at least another season to back up last season and see a Doubs type contract.. if Gonzo who's an all pro hasn't gotten a contract yet what type of weed is Boutte smoking...
