Trade Idea: Gonzo for MHJ & a 2nd and a 3rd

Would you consider it? Knowing he is going to cash in on that Super Bowl performance it would seem like a big ask for us to pay up.

Cardinals will continue to suck. Marvin might just need a change of scene.
This has got to be a bad joke.

Gonzalez is a proven all-pro CB.

Marvin Harrison Jr. wasn't even considered a pro bowl caliber WR and his numbers actually DECLINED from 1st year to 2nd year. 885 yards -> 608.

We have no reason to rescue Arizona from their drafting mistake. He's just not that guy.

If we're talking developing young WRs, Boutte might produce better than Harrison next year.

To improve our WR core It would be a far better idea to either take a swing in the draft or trade for a proven veteran WR.

IF a trade happens, I hope we find out later that Gonzalez didn't want to be here no matter how much we would have paid him.

I agree but MHJ's numbers might be better if Maye was his QB.

MHJ's drops against SF were brutal. He looks cooked mentally. It's amazing how he was drafted ahead of his Dad when he was nowhere close to the talent he was.
