The Bills are full of vets and rely heavy on attracting vets near the end of their career to chase a trophy. If I'm a vet I'm staying away from that situation as quickly as I can.

Yeah, I mean I feel like most sports fans who are serious about that sport have tiers. Like for me there's the Patriots, obviously #1 and who I root for above all else.

Then there are the teams who, if the Pats aren't in it I wouldn't mind seeing win. Teams like the Bengals, the Cardinals, the 49ers, etc.

Then there are teams I don't like, but don't loathe. These are teams like the Commies, the Vikings, etc.

And then there are the teams I can't stand. The Bills, the Colts, the Ravens, the Giants. When two of those teams play each other I root for the meteor unless one of them winning helps the Pats, in which case I still won't root FOR them, but against the other team.

I actually have an internet friend that's from the Buffalo area and is a life long Bills fan. He's legit the ONLY Bills fan I feel bad for after this past weekend's game. He's a legit good dude even though he was cursed to be born in such a God awful ****ty football Hellhole.

But still, **** the Bills.

the reality is that now the owner has made this job UNDESIRABLE. What coach is going to want to go into Buffalo, knowing that 12-5 and a playoff win will get you fired. Your loveable backwater team, and your Superman QB won't be enough unless you win the superbowl. Once you get to the final 8, the superbowl winner is a crapshoot, and the last 3 games of the season are littered with bad breaks, good calls and strange bounces determining victory and defeat. And the winning team has to navigate ALL of it. The best team doesn't always win the Superbowl each year. In fact, more often than not, the best team of the year, DOESN'T make it through that gauntlet of one and done playoffs. Sometimes, like the 2024 Eagles it happens, but not always.

Nah, the Bills aren't going to get one of the top 2 available HC candidates left. They are going to have to hope they get lucky and hit on one of the guys who would be willing to take a job where they have to report to a GM and accept HIS players. And try and please an owner and fanbase where it's superbowl or failure. Why take that job other than its one of 32 and you just HAVE to have one. The Bills will have to hope they hit on another Liam Coen. Yet even if they do, doing what Liam Coen accomplished in Duval will get your fired in Buffalo.

Plenty of coaches would be willing to sign a 5 year contract, go 12-5, get fired and enjoy 4 more years of head coach pay while sitting on a beach.

I am shocked how quickly the Bills imploded. I thought that they would probably beat the Patriots. All destroyed because Josh gave up 3 points at the half. I love the guy but he is a double edged sword.

The Bills did NOT implode.

They had injuries. terrible management and a team in their division was better than them this year.
