Anyone going to the game in Denver? My brother lives out there so taking a quick trip to see the game. Anyone ever been to Mile High? If so how are the fans?

I will be making the 2.5 mile trek to the game.
Fans are worse than they used to be. But not as bad as Philly and other notable dens of vermin.
What's your plan for tickets. Prices jumped way up after the game on Sunday. To my surprise.

Pretty much as soon as the game ended I got on a call with my dad and brother and we booked flights and got tickets. From the time we searched to the time we bought the game tickets was maybe 10 minutes max and the same seats that were $480 a piece jumped to $750. They aren't even great seats but screw it.

I’m out west but not in Colorado. I went to the previous AFC CG we played them there. I’m debating on going to this one still. Comparable tickets to what I bought in 2016 are 4.5x the price ($2700 compared to $600) which doesn’t feel right.

The fans are fun but respectful. You’ll get a little ribbing but that’s about all. Denver as a city feels kind of boring and sterile.

If I can score a reasonable ticket I will go. I have been there 3 times.

1 Brady's first season 2001 - Loss
2 The Champ Bailey INT Divisional; game - Loss
3 The Manning to Welker AFCC - Loss

The fans are basically harmless. Some are mouthy when they get liquored up. The higher the seat level the lower the quality of fan.

Kraft will likely be there visiting a bar where the fans congregate. After the game the Pats players come out to meet friends and family behind one of the endzones. There was a roped off area when I was there.

Brady never won a playoff game there. I think the problem was Brady.

I banned myself from Gillette playoff games as a sacrifice for the greater good of the franchise and my fellow fan's enjoyment. Only two playoff games attended in Foxboro Ravens in 09 and Jets in 10. I quickly realized it was simply not meant to be. Some self-reflection and sacrifice may be warranted here.

Just sayin...

I am of the belief that nothing i say or do will change the course of history.
