Is it possible Houston could get a home postseason game next week?

Chargers automatically go to Denver if they win tonight. Texans then beat Steelers.

The Texans have a higher seed (5) than Buffalo (6) and beat them already..

Oh you.

That's literally what Lawrence did, he played like crap damn near all game and still had a chance to drive and win it at the end.

Lawrence had flashes of brilliance mixed into his crap play today. Nix can literally go three quarters of play that makes Justin Fields look like an All Pro.

So Pats are getting the winner of Houston/Pittsburgh assuming NE wins tonight. I want a Pittsburgh rematch.
As terrible as Pittsburgh has been this year I know the league would love another Pats/Steelers matchup in the postseason due to the history of both franchises

I'll give him credit for a pretty solid 4th quarter, but the Jags should have been up by 13 and running the ball down the Bills' throats by then.

Everything turned after that 4th down fall down by Lawrence but to me the game would have been decided by the 4th if the Jags had committed to the run.
Seemed like Jags felt pressure to "keep up" with Allen. Better stategy would have been to keep the ball away from him.

When I watch Pats' games, I always listen to the home radio broadcast, so I don't hear much national pre-game and in-game commentary. It has gotten really bad, hasn't it? Too many ex-athletes and third-tier model chicks pointlessly spewing every conceivable permutation of the predictable sports cliches. Once upon a time newspaper sports writers were actually respected as journalists and as writers. Now we have this crap. An example of how our national culture is just garbage.

Nah! Some guys are good. I like Greg Olsen. He should really be on the first crew for Fox. But Brady has the name and the contract.

Romo may be one of the worst color guys going at this point. His early success went to his head and I don’t think he even prepares for games anymore.

As much as I wanted the Bills to lose, this might have been the best outcome for us. We don't have to play Jax, Bills have to face Denver. One of them has to lose. I think this is about the best we could have hoped for.
agreed, but after hearing all the Bills fans crowing about how the Pats are gonna be one and done, it would have been sweet if that had happened to the Bills.

I'd love to see Chaisson obliterate Rodgers hard enough to activate some dormant ayuhuasca in his system and see that cooked look on his face as he remains helpless, under a heap of Patriots, to recover his fumble.

But first thing's first, let's blow up Justin so much that his last name becomes "Sherbert", reflecting his imposed-diet of cold, soft goods and protein shakes for the next 6 weeks because he had a helping of getting his head knocked off against us.

Yeah they went away from the run which kept it a game. I would rather have my fate decided by the RB than Lawrence.

And....Lawrence is exactly why I was hesitant about the Jags. He is too inconsistent and some of the throws and IQ decisions today is something a rookie should do. Not a 5th year vet.

I did hear Olsen on some podcast, and he was good, as you say.

Bills/Jags really highlights the fact you need the guy at QB to win. Bills team really isn’t special but they have an all-world QB.

Yeah, that first season (2018-19 I believe) he was money. Since then,

That first season it felt like you were watching the game in the booth with an OC or something the way he was predicting/diagnosing stuff before the snap.

THAT is the Romo I really miss.

This 49ers/Eagles game should be close too
