We have no idea what she is being paid. SHE claims that she is owed pay for a week that Diggs told her he didn't need her. Pretending like it's a $500 dinner tab is ridiculous.

Its a pure "She said/ He said" situation. Especially when she has no physical evidence of bodily harm.
She also complained that he should have paid for her plane tickets during her week off.
Money grab.

Oh my god, you believe AB! Holy cow. Think we're done now.
I never said I did, but you are clearly avoiding my questions. The entire point of my initial post was that the women didn't have proof.

Zero mention of physical violence at all. Doesn't even sound threatening. This thing's going nowhere, no evidence at all. The only thing to worry about is if the NFL puts him on the Commissioner's List anyway just because it involves a woman.

I already laid out a different guess as to what this is all about.

Nowhere in the story does it say he disputed money owed at all.

The story seems to imply it's because she returned to his house earlier than he wanted her to come back.
Seems like he wanted her to not come back at all.

She had no money, no place to go, so she moved back in to shake him down for future wages, and it went sideways.

Idk if it’s true or not, but smells of AB territory where it likely doesn’t get to this point if you pay people. Hopefully not true, for our sake.

Intruder eh? When a domestic lives in your home and you physically try to evict her, you consider that a home invader?

Really?
She had been told she was fired and had left and stayed elsewhere.

So, yes she was an intruder.

This part here is where Diggs needs to wise up on how to conduct such business. You don’t go confront such an individual, at some point you should understand who stands to lose a lot. New money folks can be very ignorant about wealth preservation.

Here is the issue right now. There is conflicting information as to whether she was fired or she quit. Also the timing of when she was no longer employed makes a difference.

If Diggs fired her prior before the 2nd, then she had no business being in the house. As the owner of the property, he has a right to demand her to leave up to and including physically removing her.

If she was still employed on the 2nd but quit because of the altercation, then she should have removed as many belongings as possible at the time and made arrangements with Diggs' assistant to have the rest of her belongings returned. If Diggs put hands on her without provocation, then he's a POS and should be treated that way. If she physically touched him first, then he has the right to defend himself.

At no point should she have returned to the house after being her employment ended unless she was invited or she was with the Police with a Court Order for Diggs to return her stuff.

Should Diggs have called the Police on the 2nd if she was already fired and not handled it himself? Possibly. But would YOU do that? I would attempt to handle it myself prior to calling the Police. I'd only call them if the person refused to leave after my putting hands on them.. But we're playing 20/20 hindsight with that, honestly.

There is conflicting information on that. She is claiming she QUIT on the 2nd according to the police report. It also seems like she quit AFTER the altercation.

There is a claim that she was fired PRIOR to the 2nd, possibly prior to Thanksgiving, but that hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

I've come to no conclusion other than he's a piece of ****.
lol. Diggs is a piece of ****. Maye was **** for throwing a bad pass. Whole team is nothing but ****, right?

It takes one to know one.

I hope you grow out of this phase. Your life will be a lot less ****ty. Lots of us trying to give you that good advice but you’re not listening. Too bad.

WOMAN. Not women. He was ousted because of his interaction with the artist. What do you mean no proof? You just said he included her on a text with his goons. As though that was some innocent mistake. He knew what he was doing.

OK, I talked to Ty Law's brother in law and he got me the tape of what happened....

That would be a load of **** given the circumstances and evidence up to this point, which there is none.

Usually at least an arrest of some sort is involved.

I think I read he needs 8 catches for the cash. That could be tough if phish quit & give up long runs.
- 30 yards just gets him honor points for >1000.
And I thought this game would be boring.

That's some good **** right there.

No, your time line is wrong.

Read the report again.

He told her to leave for Thanksgiving because he had people over.

She stayed at a friends.

She came back at some point either on or prior to Dec. 2.

At that point they had a dispute over text about her pay.

He fired her during the text dispute. Look at the timeline of the texts.

When he confronted her during that text dispute, he went right to her room.

He knew exactly where she was. If he didn't know she was in the house when he was texting her, why in the world would he go to her room to confront her?

Under no definition would she be considered an intruder. The texts are pretty clear.

It says right in the police report that he wrote to her not to go to the police and that whatever happened "was no big deal."
That is NOT what was stated in the police report:

The message supposedly came from a female that the "Victim" believed was Diggs' girlfriend. Which would be CardiB.

The message stated "you don't need to do all this. It's not a big deal". It did not say "not to go to the police". We have no idea what "All this" is actually referring to. Because we don't know everything that the Chef did. We only have her version that puts her as the victim here.

Why is it believable that he lost his temper?
I know I would never hit a woman under any circumstances and I think most men feel the same way.
Why would you think Diggs doesn’t?
You seem to be assuming there was more than a professional relationship, again something with no proof.

The entire story could be made up as a money grab.
Why dies Diggs not deserve the benefit of doubt. Particularly when her entire report has zero proof on it.
It could indeed all be BS, but is less likely since a settlement was already offered.

He didn't deny it. He said what happened wasn't a big deal. There's a difference
Do you KNOW what actually happened? We only have HER claims that he slapped her and chocked her, but we have ZERO proof of that.

For all you know, it was a shoving match that she initiated and she's lying about being slapped and choked.
