Only way a guy working at Walmart has a live-in personal chef is his GF. Those cases are domestic violence. How many DV cases started when he told her to move out and things escalated?

Difference with Diggs is he’s engaged and living with his fiancee and the live-in personal chef is only that and not also his concubine.

Or maybe she was and the root cause of the problem is Cardi being jealous of the way Diggs was being served breakfast in bed? (jk)

Sounds like the money she was requesting was a small amount of money. He could’ve just paid her. He also could’ve just not texted her profanity laced text that he knew would come back and make him look bad.\

Considering you have no idea what the amount was that she was demanding, how do you know it was a "Small amount'?

Feel free to post the "profanity laced text". Please include HER Texts as well. Make sure you put it into context of the situation that occurred. Oh. Wait. You can't because WE have no idea what actually occurred prior to Thanksgiving or on Dec 2nd. Especially with no physical evidence to support her claims.

As I pointed out to Upstarter, when a person is fired, they typically aren't allowed back on the property to collect belongings. They are escorted off, told not to come back and the employer is responsible for sending their belongings to them. With the implication that she was fired right before Thanksgiving, she shouldn't have been at his house on Dec 2nd unless they said she could be there. However, if she was told to leave and refused, then she was trespassing.

Maybe. Other way is maybe it really wasn't that big of a deal. To be fair "he said, she said" cut's both ways but waiting two weeks? There's people that do horrible things from both sides (assault and fraud) and if delay gets added in it just makes everything less likely.

Yeah, we can guess what happened in those two weeks: she went and found an attorney to try to get her paycheck for the entire year like she had asked for, that attorney got visions of immense payments providing generational wealth for them and their client, and the rest of this ongoing drama ensued.

Either she is really pissed, or she is raising the price. I’m betting the latter, probably fueled by the former. She’s gotten a pretty good shyster as her lawyer and they’re going for maximum payoff. Thing is, once it goes to court and the verdict is in Diggs has no reason to pay her so if it goes that far all she gets is the bill from her lawyer. She and her lawyer both know that. And her lawyer knows she won’t have the money to pay that bill if she doesn’t get any payoff from Diggs. So, they’ll eventually settle.

Who knows if the lawyer is charging her anything. He has nothing to do unless it goes to a civil trial.

This part here is where Diggs needs to wise up on how to conduct such business. You don’t go confront such an individual, at some point you should understand who stands to lose a lot. New money folks can be very ignorant about wealth preservation.

You have to wonder why Diggs and Attorneys could not bury this before news broke? Allegedly, the assault happened on 12/2/25 and here we are today 28 days later. In 16 days Diggs will be in court to be arraigned and enter a plea.

Victim and her lawyer. Greed. They want it out there. Raises the stakes.
