My mind can't help but wonder if this is a "me too" movement thing like Lindsey Hill accused Trevor Bauer.

All in all Diggs personal life is a mess. Multiple kids with multiple women (a few pregnant at the same time), the bag of drugs on the boat, the cheating allegations, the whole gay coverup/threatening thing, and now this.

I...don't want to throw stones.

Sounded to me like there’s no physical proof on her? From the sounds of the accusation, she would’ve at least had some strangulation marks from getting choked by an NFL athlete.

That would be the issue here. Usually domestic violence related charges are pretty easy to at least prove on the victim just by photo/physical evidence something happened.

So how the **** does the police move forward with these charges? Is it that easy to accuse people? Can I go and report that my boss slapped me two weeks ago, I have no evidence but we were in the office together, he got angry and he choked m as well, I nearly passed out so it is felony strangulation? Oh, I don’t have any evidence. Can the police really operate like this? Not saying she is lying but just shocked that it can be that easy for a felony. Misdemeanor, I can get around that.

LOL.. yeah was his former chef.. he fired her and supposedly it got "physically" according to her side... but it's often funny how we never hear of to many $$$ lawsuits. from a guy working at Walmart just saying...

Lot of doubt there. Like KW distance from CBs gap of doubt. Betting no physical evidence, can't prove he did it given the 2 week gap.

He acknowledged that something happened between them. He told her there is still time to not go through with the request for criminal charges and that what occurred was "not that big of a deal." A lawyer would present that to a jury.

She says it happened in her bedroom given to her in his house . No camera there. Interesting, the police report has vanished from the internet!

Typically most people have home surveillance outside not inside.. I have vivint myself and it only offer outside security surveillance..

Based on this, I don't know who to believe. He could have done it. She could be disgruntled and using a felony report to extort money out him. It could be that he grabbed her to remove her from the house after she refused to leave (still probably not good) and she is overblowing the situation.

She did leave the house as asked for Thanksgiving. The report says she went to stay with a friend.

The incident occurred on Dec. 2nd, so... it may be whatever happened happened because she returned to the house too early?

Krafty Bob knew whatever Diggs told them. The alleged victim filed a police report 2 weeks after the alleged incident. In MA police reports are subject to FOIA.

This is not the police operating in a certain way. This is your legal system. Anyone can swear before a magistrate and secure warrants against someone for any misdemeanor. Now if its proven as a false allegation there are criminal and civil issues at play. But this is our system.

And I have charged people with filing a false police report.

He also played his ass off.

Had Kiam kept Flutie, Irving may well have gotten a well-earned Super Bowl ring.

But of course, he didn't, and Irving requested a trade before Parcells was hired. Too many losing seasons.

And Parcells was pissed, he knew how good he was.

Made my statement with the assumption it was a male chef. Gunna walk my statement back. Unless she threatened him with a weapon, no cause for him to put his hands on a woman. None.

I think the most neutral thing (for now):

This obviously seems like a situation where there’s (so far) very little evidence on her end. Can’t really make any dramatic moves on an issue where there’s no evidence and he’s denying it. This could change and maybe the NFL hammers him anyways. But that’s where I see it now.

But come the offseason, the staff may be having to add up the incidents and decide if it’s worth still keeping him around and dealing with constant distractions from his party. This is only another troubling incident Diggs has had his name thrown into. I don’t want it to eventually cost us.
