If the Chargers lose and Bills win - LA is #7. If the Chargers win - that means they won’t be #7, but otherwise out of their hands. Could be 5 or 6 I think - depending on Jags and Houston results.

Someone else made this comment on 98.5 last week and the host can't remember whom it was made a good point. The core of that team has already played in a SB and had real playoff experience. That is a legitimate point and a true differentiator, IMO.

But this team doesn't seem to be affected by much, an undefeated road record speaks volumes to that. My money right now is on the Pats. I think they have to **** themselves to be beaten by anyone in the AFC.

Agreed here. I think that may have been zo..?? As zone was a part of those early 90s teams he knows intimately.

What's so dam impressive about this team is the fight and the resilience in them. They lose key guys to injuries and the next man up mentality. As the 01 team hadn't some dogs on it. This team does as well.. starting with S. Diggs.

We have a HC and OC with championship pedigree. That right there is a key element to winning.

No. I just believe that the Patriots will beat the Fish, the Bills will beat the Jets, and the broncos will beat the Chargers on week 18. I don't believe that Quinn Ewers can come into cold, dark Gillette and beat this Patriot team. I think there is zero chance the Jets beat the Bills. And the Chargers have nothing to play for while the broncos have the #1 seed and the bye to play for, which will lead to a Denver win next week. Those 3 things combined add up to the Chargers coming to Foxborough in the first week of the playoffs.

It is possible, yes. If buffalo loses to the jets theyll be the 7 seed so we would face them if we are still the 2 seed in that scenario. Buffalo might be resting lots of players, but the jets are committed pretty hard to tanking. Much more than we were last year.
