With Boutte and Douglas out now is the time to get Chissm some snaps. Let's see what he can do.

I don't know how that happened - didn't he finish the game?
Hendo looked pretty shaken up. But Boutte's was probably minimal.
Still, I expect both to miss the Jets game. It will give Rham a lot, and maybe Johnson some reps.
And KW should get a lot more live game reps with Maye.
Oh, and didn't Pop have a "head injury" too?
I am pretty happy with what we have seen the last few games after Stevenson returned from injury.

I think most of us would sign up for what he is giving us now.

They're in the Concussion Protocol. There is no mandatory time that one has to spend in it. They aren't "OUT" until they're ruled out as part of the Week 17 Injury report. The first of which is tomorrow.

You hope the Patriots are not the team to end the Jets interception streak. Just run it the entire game.

I would let him practice but not play him this week.
I agree but they may have to play him just because they are so short D-Linemen. Tonga most likely out, Farmer now on IR.

Wilson apparently is in protocol as well.
I wonder when it happened because he played every offensive snap in Sunday nights game. Did he slip on a bar of soap in the shower.

Pop pulled a hammie iirc.

Boutte is likely worse than Henderson I fear. It looked to me like he had both arms show tonic posturing after he hit the ground. That was why he let go of the ball so Humphrey could swat it away. I’m just a layman not a medical professional but it’s my understanding that such reflexive posturing is not a good sign.

I knew their ST unit was excellent, but was unaware it was this great..Unfortunately, it won’t save them from this ass whooping on Sunday.

Only way to lose is by turning it over. I realize the Jets have that interception streak. But it's likely they pick off three or four passes when it actually does end.

Run the ball all day and do not let them return the ball on kickoffs/punt returns.

Someone running the Jets Website has some splaining to do: Let me know if you notice what's wrong:

Every so often, I peek at the Jets' fan forums. They are all-in on tanking. The flaw is that whatever pick they get, however high, they're going to make dumb picks. Then, if they slip up and get somebody with actual potential, they will put him through the usual Jete **** storm and turn him into a dead-end failure. It was hard for us to go through a couple/three years of hopeless incompetence. i can't imagine living through that anger-inducing despair for decades.

This is a dangerous game - but only because we can't afford any more injuries.
It seems we're going to be quite short handed, which is going to make it more dangerous for Maye.
I hope some of these injuries from last night aren't too serious - especially Boutte, Davis, Moses, Tonga.
Pop quietly had a head injury too - but I'm actually hopeful that KW can take his snaps and see if he can take a leap in the last few weeks. But, if Spillane and Williams can get back to practice this week, whether they play in NY isn't as important, but get the rust knocked off before finale.
I think we don’t see some of these guys until the playoffs. Especially Henderson. They can probably beat the Jets and Dolphins with their B squad.

Jete is poised to compete for years with all those draft picks.
Kick the ball thru the end zone on Sunday

Lots of draft picks does not immediately translate to competing for years.

Jets have had many high draft picks over the past decade and they keep blowing it:

Bad picks
Bad culture
Picks do not fit with culture
Pick the wrong QB

honestly they need to fire Glenn- He is this years version of Mayo

Actually, it's only an albatross for Miami.

The Signing Bonus and Proration bonus stay with Miami because they paid that already.

The $39M guaranteed goes to the team that trades for him as does the $3M guaranteed for 2027. Beyond that, any team can cut Tua after 2026 and only have the $3M in guaranteed cash to worry about.
And that is why they will likely have to give up a 2nd day draft pick along with Tua to get a deal done
