Believe what you want. It's true. I'm a PSU fan and I went over this in depth. The coaches all assessed him as a guard.
And by the way, he did not START 40 games. He played 40 games. Not all of them at Tackle. The 40 games count as a sub. He moved over to the position because of injury to the starter in his sophomore year. He was then displaced by Olu Fashanu who took over his position so was moved over to RT. In his senior year, there was talk of him losing his position to Drew Shelton and moving inside. There are actually a ton of articles on all of this.
For months before the draft his coaches at PSU told us how he would be a fine LT or RT in the NFL. Most analysts saw him as a RT, although some believed the coach that he would an NFL starter at LT. A few analysts did indeed think that he would make a better RG than a RT.

I also suspect that Bryant is sick. HOWEVER, I don't see why Wallace might not have moved passed him on the RT Depth Chart, and for Munford to be considered a better Game Day backup at LT than Bryant.
Also, this gives us two backups at OG: Jaimes and Wallace.
No Schooler again too. I felt like he was missed last week. No penalties really which is also partially tied to him, but he was frequently the first man downfield so the coverage is generally worse despite the lack of penalties.
One item of note - Chism is active. Perhaps McDaniels will run some sort of quick pass-focused “small ball” game plan featuring Diggs, Pop, Chism, Henderson getting open fast to beat the rush.
He did play inside for 3 or 4 games. I dont think he started there, but he played. Also played a few snaps at LT.. I named the games last time we did this. And he was almost moved out of his position senior year. The coaches had to light a fire under his butt. There's a whole article in BlueWhite Illustrated about it.

Yeah, but there’s a gap between “I don’t see him as an LT” and “he’s bad enough as a backup swing tackle that we have to go with this other dude we signed off someone else’s PS this week over him”
Good to see Bradbury active, but very odd to see Bryant inactive and Munford active. How’d the new guy leapfrog the guy who’s been here the whole time? Granted Bryant is a rookie, but still. A bit odd… Perhaps they didn’t want to have to throw Bryant out there at LT against a team like the Giants if Lowe got hurt, but if more than one tackle gets hurt then you’ve basically got nobody and you need to use a TE as a tackle or something. Though IIRC Brenden Jaimes has some OT experience too.
