I'm not sure what we are looking at here. He played 55% of snaps, 62% and now he's at 30%, according to your chart.

Just focused on the snap count and stating he hasn't been in there as much as previous years, and there's this consistent ~1 rec per 10 snaps. Thought it was interesting. Randomly picked Edelman from 2018, and saw he had 74 recs on 747snaps. 2019, 100 recs on 1004 snaps. Maybe this should be a stat people should follow.

Note that the percentage is based on games the player appeared in, not the overall number of snaps for the season (unless the player appeared in all 17 games like 2023 for Demario), so the 55% of snaps for his rookie year was actually ~46% of overall offensive snaps.

Am I the only one who feels Diggs has been underwhelming so far? He had a great outing against Buffalo, but for the most part he's nothing like the #1 WR we (or I at least) thought he'd be....

I see the WR weenies are starting to grasp at straws. Williams is a WR who has excellent escape the LOS skills. He has excellent speed and explosiveness skills. And he is reported to be open most of the time on the few snaps he's gotten.

What we DON'T know is how good his hands are, and if he can function in this complex offense that requires him to be where he is supposed to be at the right time. Well now we are going to get a chance to find out. With Boutte out for the next 3-5 games (likely), Williams will now get the first team reps that he hasn't been getting and see if he can find some chemistry with Maye. This is PROCESS, and will very likely not produce immediate results. But we will have to see SOME progress and steady improvement over time.

If we get this, then this draft class will further cement itself into the outstanding level of draft classes.

Hes no longer a dominant #1WR. Need to come to grips with that.

With that said hes on a pace for 85 catches and come damn close to 1000 yds recieving.

I think we should all be happy with that - especially from a guy who is a year removed from an ACL tear.

I'm pretty sure the Defense gives Diggs that extra attention. We are going need him to have a Big Game on Sunday to have a shot.

Well hope Kyle Williams makes the most of this new opportunity. It's just kind of weird we haven't seen much deep balls go to him. KW skill set screams a Guy who should take the Top off the Defense. Hope McDaniels can unlock that aspect.

Dude's ranked 150th in every WR category and dude is getting snaps. We have another Rookie WR who's Dead last among their peers! Didn't we trade Ja'Lynn Polk?? Really thought KW was more Pro Ready.

My guess is he'll switch between X and the slot with Pop depending on match up. I expect Williams to have a very short route tree and very short passes Sunday. Let him catch 5-10 yarders and see what he can do with YAC's.

Yeah based off that sounds like hes 50/50 this week and possibly next week since its a Thursday game. Hopefully its a max 2 game absence if he does miss time
