could be used in the next couple of days!Anyone have our updated 2026 draft picks? It’s not much, but having the 6th rounders isn’t half bad.

I thought thats what they got peppers for. Unless theyve just given up on him
These are all more like 7th rounders since I expect all 3 teams to be playoff teams. Picking at the end of the 6th. Then again, the 7th rounders we traded away will also hopefully be at the end of the 7th round.

We are getting great production from our rookie class this year. Our team is greatly improving, we won't have near as many obv roster spots next year, no way we are using 10 draft picks. They will be used for trades this year, or to maneuver around the draft board next draft. These are all more like 7th rounders since I expect all 3 teams to be playoff teams. Grant could be elevated. We signed him last week. Saunders will be added to the 53. Pettus isn't likely to be playing any defensive reps. Now that's weird. It means they have more faith in Pettus.
Because essentially they are paying the Patriots are paying his salary.

Faith in John Saunders, apparently. He had a pre-draft visit with the Patriots, and they clearly kept an eye on him.
They must’ve really wanted him gone to do this deal.

The last few years we have been taking LS like Ashby and guys who aren't likely for the roster. We are getting great production from our rookie class this year. Fliers essentially.
Then again, Bryant, Demario and Boutte are 6th and 7th rounders.
Still saves us at least a tiny bit versus if we just released him. They valued the slight draft capital & savings plus seeing what Saunders has to offer versus keeping Dugger who they already knew for a fact does not fit.Well, and doesn’t that eat up any cap savings?
