Your thoughts mirror mine. I don't think the Pats will do anything rash at the trade deadline. My feeling is the Front Office is taking a long-term, sustained success roster construction view. The most cost-effective way to do that is hitting on your draft capital.Zamir White is the play at RB if we can get him for a 6.
WR doesn’t feel particularly urgent.
We could use a legit blocking TE.
Safety help.
Tackle depth.
Coverage LB.
And I’ll say it: a true fullback could really help the team. Westover isn’t anything meaningful at either FB or TE.
