Does falling into the endzone twice from short yardage give you confidence?

Cause based on what i've seen so far he's just as likely to fumble the ball again next week as he is to have a good game, he's been a disaster we need someone who can get 4 yards a carry and hold onto the ball it shouldn't be that hard.

Right now Stevenson is averaging 3.7 yards a carry, 28 yards rushing a game and has 3 fumbles.

Stevenson is another fumble away from being totally unplayable even for Vrabel.

That, and "Henderson can carry the load" is at best unproven.

Some flashy plays in the off-season and in the return game are not the same thing as carrying the load for a season as RB2.

That sucks, i liked the 3 headed monster we had going.

Now no choice but to lean heavily on rham. Besides the fumbles, he just hasn’t been the runner he was in 22 which was what got him the contract. I can only imagine how good this offense would be if we got that guy, but hes not even close to unleashing that version right now.

The fumbling might be something they're resigned to living with absent a serviceable replacement (Gibson). Henderson needs to be spotted because of his size. The best-case scenario probably is getting someone they can live with as part of a three-back rotation, riding whoever shows the hot hand a bit more on a game-by-game basis.

Sorry for the kid but realistically we are talking about replacing 6 carries a game - we can do that with the personnel on the team. Heck, I'd love to see them throw Marcus Jones in there just to see how he disrupts things for 5 carries a game!

But I'd expect to seem them call up Terrell Jones as an extra body to throw at them.

Show me someone on the team who can pass protect as well as Gibson, Run back Kicks as well as him. Cause, right now, that player isn't on the team.

Terrell Jennings is the only other RB the Pats have.

You aren't going to be playing games with just 2 RB.

@TommyD4207 - You're incorrect. Elliot is NOT on the Cowboys roster. They have 4 RBs on their roster and 1 on the PS.

Elliot is toast. He managed just 3.1YPC last year with Dallas. His 3rd straight downward.

Why? White is averaging 2.5YPC after 2.8 YPC last year. And he's not exactly a receiver.

I'd honestly call LeGarrette Blount before adding White. Or Cordarelle Patterson..

Mike Cloud lived a couple of rooms down from me my senior year in college. Pretty normal dude, actually relatively quiet for the athletes I was around.

I just looked and Patterson actually played for McDaniels during his Pats stint. So I'd agree with you..
