The Pats dominated most of the game and lost by a TD. You act like they were going three and out all game and lost by three TDs. The Pats gets one less turnover today and they probably win that game. They had five. So it could be almost any one of the five.

Eliss was replaced by Gibbens and Mapu and that seemed to make a big difference

If the Jaguars want to get right this season, limiting turnovers and creating takeaways is about as good a way as any.

How did they play when it mattered most?

Why is Stevenson fumble on the one yard line any different than Mayes int on the 1?

Maye was taking sacks on the second to last drive and last drive too.

Maye played well in some parts of the game and awful in others.

It wasn't good enough.

They actually had 6 turnovers because they turned it down on downs.

I’m good with it. He’s getting better and the fraudulent players are outing themselves. Rham has been a fumbler from the start, the defense needs help in the back field.

He's not why they lost. They lost because they all sucked.


Maye is under a lot of pressure. He needs to be better at identifying and avoiding it. Just like the oline needs to be better a protecting him.

I'm not blaming Maye for the loss. Not sure why y'all are taking that away from my post.

I never said he played well enough to play the game. You want me to claim he was awful. That isn’t true.

He played pretty well for most of the game. But he still had the turnovers. I am not ignoring them. But unlike you, I am not trying to rewrite the narrative of the game that he looked like a lost rookie in his first game.

Seriously what’s the appeal of Stevenson? He isn’t as good as Blount or Law Firm or anyone else that you’d want to compare him to positively in the power back role.

Why is he on this team?

Occasionally shows burst, good catching out of the backfield, decent pass protector.

That's the appeal. The non-appeal is the ****ing 9 fumbles in his last 16 starts, not counting the ones he was bobbling without contact.

He's on this team because Elliot Wolf signed him to one of the stupidest contracts on the team.

Well. I think it has more to do with the GM.

You don't have a vertical threat because you don't have anyone on the team who can do that. And they haven't for years.

I knew he could not lead the drive at the end to tie up the game. He has been consistently unable to engineer succesful High Pressure, Drives At The end of games

Rong again: he's on the same career part. The talent is there but can be a TO machine.
