Look forward to watching someone try to explain this one away on Forged in Foxboro.

Good overall effort to not quit. Execrable coaching and sloppiness.

I was going to call this game "the brilliance of McDaniels" if they'd won, but instead we have to shake our heads at the many failures:

1. Stevenson
2. Vrabel for releasing Peppers
3. Maye's boneheaded decision
4. Demario Douglas

Scott Pioli on the post game show? Damn son.

Nothing but embarrassing propaganda. Well produced, though.

This team needs a new OC and DC
Skippy calls 4 ****ing passes in a row at the end of the half. Maye gets absolutely clobbered. Then throws a pick.

Driving at the end with a chance to tie or even win with 2 they drop Maye back and call a straight pass play. How about rolling him out? Nobody open run for the short gain and first down. No chance to use his legs.

#3 has to be cut tomorrow btw. He doesn't help the team win. He's awful.

The one development I was hoping for this year was to "Stop the Stupid". With Vrabel, I had every confidence that would be the case. Man, am I disappointed so far.
The thing is, the offense AND defense both looked leagues better today than last year. But committing five turnovers erases that.

It’s a credit to how good they are that they were in a position to tie it at the end despite the turnover differential and the awful penalties early.

It was an awful mistake filled game, but I still am a little positive after today. I thought they did play some really good football on both sides of the ball for much of the game. The turnovers can be fixed. Same with the penalties.

This team gets more disciplined and they have a chance to become a good team as the season progresses.

But there is no guarantee that they will.

Where do we even start? Turnovers first and foremost. All stupid ones. Rhamondre fumbling twice including on the goal line is unforgivable. That should put you on the bench for multiple weeks. Then his usually reliable backup takes over and promptly coughs one up.

Maye does a bunch of good things but makes crippling boneheaded mistakes. Penalties all over the place. The defense played well enough to win for much of the day but folded when we needed them most.

The common denominator for me is poor coaching from Mike Vrabel. A well coached team doesn’t get penalized this much and doesn’t turn over the ball this much.

He is also way too aggressive. We made most of our fourth downs but going for it on our own 15 despite making it? That’s borderline insanity to me.

We should have won today, handily. But our stupidity caused us to lose.

Maye was the most responsible for the loss, we know Stevenson blows but we had survived all the RB fumbles and had the ball 14-14 in Steelers territory with a chance to take the lead and he had plenty of chances to throw the ball away.

People point to young Josh Allen but he was also winning games by his second season, that was a young Jameis Winston type play where the obvious talent even when he was playing well was being crippled by dumb decisions, he's basically got the season to grow out of that kind of regular mistake if you're still doing that during your third season you're just a losing quarterback.

I don’t want more sunshine and rainbows out of Vrabel in that presser.

It can’t be “ok” or “part of the process” to put that product on the field for professional athletes.

I want Pop AND Stevenson inactive next week.

Someone has to be held accountable when a team makes that many stupid errors or you’re just enabling it
And go with two RBs?

It is a shame Larison was injured.

If Maye can learn take a sack instead of trying to super hero himself to saving yards he’s going to be pretty damn good.

Stevenson has talent, but it’s entirely negated by his turnovers. If you want to be a winning team it’s not going to be with him as lead back

Of all the things to be angry about I don’t think the defense should be near the top.

It's official Rham is a disgusting Fumbler.
That was official a long time ago. It’s always going to happen with him.

Like I said in the GDT, why did we bother drafting Henderson if we are still starting Rham?

You have to sign the best street FA running back possible tonight and cut Stevenson

The fumble was really the only heroball moment I saw.
He def has a problem holding it too long rather than accepting there is nothing to do and throwing it away rather than taking a sack or forcing a possible interception. AKA, hero ball.
