He was going up against an all pro pass rusher. I put this in the welcome to the NFL rook category. Great learning experience for himI agree, against certain top rushers. Then again the majority of Left Tackles should have some help.
Hopefully he's learned a thing or two today that will help him get better.
I have come to hate the word “thunder.”I felt this way last week. Henderson will only likely off the field for breathers IMO.. he and rham have a nice mix of thunder and lightning. Henderson's RKs pick.. remember him saying he wants a "speed back"..
Perhaps they should play some games before you say they suck.I think the biggest issue of the last 3 years remains…O line is not good.
3 sets of coaches, same results.
Maybe it’s the players on the roster?
To me, lot of it isn’t on this staff.
BUT…
Bradbury looks awful, no real LG has emerged, RT has Moses but he’s old and probably one play away from done.
Campbell isn’t likely a goof LT and should be a guard.
All of that IS on this regime.
But the common denominator is Elliot Wolf.
He of “I think this is a solid O-line” fame from last preseason.
It’s possible he has no clue how to evaluate OL.
Time will tell, but I think yet again the O line will be what holds this team back.
Frustrating
Like Deon Lewis did, empty backfield spread.Yeah, I want to watch Josh turn them both loose on deep routes at the same time.
I expect Henderson will get some snaps lined up outside as a pure receiver, sooner or later.
I would expect a Rookie to have issues with a 5th year DE who has put up 12+ sacks each of the last 2 years.. This is great learning for Campbell. Hopefully, they have tape of it and he can focus on it and make the adjustments he needs.Sounds like Campbell is having a rough time out there today. Not that surprising.
They will split roughly 50/50. That’s the way it’s done now and you don’t want Henderson taking a 300 touch beating.I felt this way last week. Pro-Football-reference.comThat is news to me, I looked up Brown and saw that he had one season in the NFL prior to the Patriots and only 1 game active.
It's interesting that your PS experience isn't counted by the sites tracking your career.
Please. If it was in our favor everyone would be lapping it up.You gotta love the beat writers reporting like it's the super bowl.
Directionally fair but…guessing you said that before last season too.Perhaps they should play some games before you say they suck.
They have the LG for 2026.This is a very pessimistic outlook. Bradbury was known to be average at best. They have a guy to replace him, his name is Jared Wilson, but not this year. The real LG has emerged, it's also Jared Wilson, who has looked fantastic. Next year they will need a new LG, and I am sure they'll do their best to find one. Morgan Moses has had very very few injuries in his career, I doubt he's as fragile as you propose. Thankfully his backup Bryant has also looked good.
The OL is far better this year than it was in 2024. But they're not elite. And that's fine. There are like 2 or 3 total OLs in the league who would look good against Minnesota's defense.
Could be worse at tackle, on the other side Jacobs is getting a TE chip and still let the guy run right by him. I hope Moses lasts the whole season. Marcus Bryant has to be better than Jacobs.
No. I think he's headed to the PS.Jacobs can't be on the 53. Right?
You don’t understand, the rookie LT who has never played in an NFL game giving up a sack versus a top 5 DE in the league means he’s a complete and total bust, FOREVERJesus some of you are worse in here than the GDTs. It is training camp, let things play out a bit.
It is probably a good idea to tail back expectations for this season. This is a very pessimistic outlook. Bradbury was known to be average at best. I’m saying the OL will be better than last year which is not a high bar.It is probably a good idea to tail back expectations for this season.
If Maye does not have time, the passing game is going to be mediocre. Better than last season, but not playoff caliber.
