I'm watching it now.

This coaching staff is light years ahead of the Mayo administration and properly staffed compared to the bare bones BB model. (More coaches meant less money in his pocket, but I digress).

We have so many good positional coaches and assistants now. Regardless of raw talent I'm convinced our O line is going to be significantly improved just based on better coaching alone.

Yeah lots and lots of good stuff in there but my number one take away was Mosses may be average on the field but damn is he nice to have setting an example and being vocal about try this, this is how we do it. Obviously need to see proof on the field when the pads come on, but I think there will be a huge difference just in not making dumb mistakes play after play after play. The leadership on the team just feels so different in all the right ways.

Dante bookending it with the history up front & closeout w way ahead was such a great acknowledgement of the past and really shows respect Dante has for vrabes. Can’t imagine he would have been so involved in messaging last year.
