I said that based on what has been presented thus far, I don't think she has a strong case (though I 100% reserve the right to change my mind if/when new evidence surfaces). You may ignorantly call that a "dismissive attitude" but sorry not sorry, her case as currently presented just isn't all that strong. If she's got more up her sleeve, I will gladly reevaluate when that surfaces.
I honestly have no idea what, if any, character clause his own production company has. All I am saying is that ESPN firing him is barely a drop in the bucket.
Well, ya know..... since you mention it..... yeah, her asking to be choked and getting off on it does kinda change that dynamic a little.
If a woman says "choke me daddy!" and the guy responds "I'm going to choke you bad!" then it is very believable that they were engaged in consensual bawdy talk and not threatening actual physical harm.
