I said that based on what has been presented thus far, I don't think she has a strong case (though I 100% reserve the right to change my mind if/when new evidence surfaces). You may ignorantly call that a "dismissive attitude" but sorry not sorry, her case as currently presented just isn't all that strong. If she's got more up her sleeve, I will gladly reevaluate when that surfaces.

Is Sharpe an *******? Absolutely. I always hated the guy and would love for this woman to take him down. I just don't hear $50 million worth of damages in that audio clip. If that's the most she has, she should have accepted the settlement. I gladly reserve the right to change my mind if she has more up her sleeve and this post will conclude my participation in our little sidebar unless/until more come out. I do too find it odd when someone seeks justice through financial gain but I'm not going to dismiss that it could of happened just because I find it odd.
