Good stats. The offense and you can even hear it in the players when they speak on patriots platform networks. They are rejuvenated to have Josh as OC. The offense will be structured, sound, fluent and sustainable. We have not had a top 10 offense sense 2021.

Very true. And we faced alot of back up QBs.. I just get such a better sense that we will be playing some good ball this season.

I would be absolutely stunned if any team gives up any draft capital for a guy they can sign to a vet minimum contract.

Interesting thing is Milton, Godchaux were all traded for some type of capital.. but I do see your point.

Got to think they'll bring in a Rookie or two from this Draft.

It's a numbers game twin.. Diggs, pop, Boutte, right now I'd say are at the top of the depth chart.

One's a QB. The other is a veteran DT who is just barely 30 on a pretty cheap contract.
Bourne is on a cheap contract for a WR taking them all into account, but he's over 30, and coming off a 40 catch year on a bad team. Sometimes, yes, players are better the 2nd year off a knee injury. Sometimes they just don't come back at all. Just because Kendrick Bourne had a good season 3 years ago, doesn't mean he's still that same guy now...and since draft picks are for much younger players - you're not using one, unless you're sure that guy can play for you right now. (Or is a QB)

In looking at projection.. Boutte and pop are younger guys and growing still as players.. I believe the team looks at that. Also the development of polk and baker as well.. just feels like KB will probably be the veteran that is on the outside.

Interesting. Well that's true KBs age does play a huge factor in things. Come camp this season their projects to be some serious competition because Boutte I'd say who's comparable to KB as a skill set is a growing player and still very young who can thrive under Josh. I think Vrabel sees this.
