They just signed the Jets right tackle. Morgan Moses.I mean. We do have to do something offensively right?
They can't once again totally disregard this side of the ball.
I’m watching the NFL Network free agency show and right now they are showing Rodger’s as unsigned. Has a insider reporter reported this? Now that the Giants signed Rodgers, does that mean the Steelers are going to re-sign Wilson? If I am the Steelers, I might sign sign Mac Jones to compete. There aren't many better options out there.
That is a Golden Burden or giant dilemma you have thereI’m leaning Golden or Burden. Issue is you don’t take either at #4
Sounds like a career backup. But the size at 338 lbs is good so at the very least we can use him on obvious run downs and goal line package.6'4", 338lbs
Average run defense grade, average pass rush grade. Only played 229 snaps last season. 934 snaps over 4 years.
Depending on what happens through the rest of FA, I think they can draft another DE, a DT, a FS and a slot corner.I feel like defensive line is sort of out of the picture now for the draft, at least on the interior.
I think that puts something like running back in play now too, beyond the obvious.
I lack the imagination.IDK, I think they're more screwed if he goes there.
Just imagine a locker room with Ahole, Metcalf and Pickens. There's no way that ends well.
Ahole can't resist blaming others, and those guys will bristle the instant he does so.
It'll be SOFJ on the Allegheny..
Only big holes I see are FS, LT, and a #1 WR. The former could still be signed; the latter two will be hard to accomplish in free agency above an average level. The draft may fill one or both. They could feasibly go "best player available" and be okay.Depending on what happens through the rest of FA, I think they can draft another DE, a DT, a FS and a slot corner.
Do guys "who can also play WR" regularly win the Fred Biletnikoff award for the best WR in college?Hunter is an elite CB, who can also play WR
They do not.Do guys "who can also play WR" regularly win the Fred Biletnikoff award for the best WR in college?
I would take even an average left tackle at this point in time. There is a Grand Canyon sized hole in our OL and it starts at Left Tackle.Only big holes I see are FS, LT, and a #1 WR. I saw his profile. He has some traits to work with, but I still have PTSD from the last name.Do we really want to draft another WR named Thornton?
At that part of the draft? Sure!In the 7th?
I’d do it
Size/speed make it worth a dart
None that I know of.Do guys "who can also play WR" regularly win the Fred Biletnikoff award for the best WR in college?
Odds are you get 2 players worth anything out of a draft so what you do with the first 2 rounds matters the most. Got to be best player available on offense unless a defensive player is clearly the highest rated guy left.Depending on what happens through the rest of FA, I think they can draft another DE, a DT, a FS and a slot corner.
