He does and I think he made a leap from camp to his first start. With a real OC and some NFL caliber linemen I think that should speed things up.

If you believe that, especially after the full-on dumpster diving they did last offseason, then I don't know what to tell you.

You're right, they have to want to play here. You need to pay them more than other teams would. The Patriots have more money to spend than anyone else, and did last offseason too - and didn't do it.

I just believe it was a tough sell.. trying to get a premium player to come here with the 3rd overall draft pick, rookie HC and Brissett as a veteran bridge was a deal breaker..

Agreed. Gimme a #1.. and proper development of polk and baker... all you need is another WR that has a Brandon lafell impact.

Yes!!! This is why polk and baker come into play.. Josh will have them properly developed into productive players. Pop, gibby, Henry at TE we have options for Drake.

How do you feel about him him?? Poor man's Tee Higgins when we consider their QB Issues: you have to wonder if he might be better than regarded. 9Td's last year I say he's an upgrade over K Bourne.

He really has had nice moments here. It's just way too inconsistent, can't stay healthy.

TDs aren't really a great stat to look at, they don't generally carry season to season, specially when you talk about how low his production was otherwise....he is another #3/4 guy that happened to catch alot of RZ TDs last year (6 of the 9)
