Yeah I'm huge on Vrabel, but I don't like nepotism in the NFL. This is why DEI was in place to combat stuff like this not to hand unqualified people jobs.

Excuse me it wasnt an interview it was his first public speech after being named the coach. How do we always get to being upset? Your the second one to say this. I just said I dont agree if this is true, if someone disagrees I guess they are upset. As for the media I don't care what they think, I care about fostering a positive change with the team.

The the coaches need to earn the right to be there. I read it as...do your job or you're gone, no more freeloaders. Not...do your job elsewhere and earn the right to be here. Just me 2 cents.

Who cares if he hired his son to be an assistant coach. Hes running to the airport. Hes fetching coffee. Hes sitting in on meetings. Hes working 15hr days making $80k a year.

It's not like hes playing 90% of the snaps on the line and couldn't block a fat kid playing for Quabbin HS.
