I totally get how you feel. I am very guilty of doing this myself. I think the days of people having a classic vetted source of info are long gone and take whatever they see or hear from the web. Some say its no different than going the classic media route but it really is.....sooooo much misinformation/hearsay....

Speaking of, weren't there laws to stop this nonsense? Are they just ignored now that ANYONE with a blog can call themselves "journalists"? Outside of dedicating a ton of resources to stop joeblow conspiracy/pats insider from spouting false info, is there anything that can be done? I'm not even sure that somehow fact checking these "sources" would do anything....

Pittsburgh is one spot that may still take him on but he has proven to be toxic and not worth the squeeze for the little bit of juice you may get.
