I do too. Though McAdoo had some nebulous job title anyway, so they may keep him around.
It seems to be a good idea to keep the coach that was responsible for developing Milton.

I would want us to keep bit McAdoo and McCartney in their 2024 roles.
=====
If Josh wants an assistant, he could keep AVP as passing game coordinator, or not.

Maybe but Welker has been a coach in the NFL since 2017 and WR coach since 2019. I think there is value with having that experience.

Btw: Welker’s 1st year in coaching was with the Texans when Vrabel was DC.
Another option is for Welker to be the assistant WR coach.

I would think that Josh has a couple of WR's coaches in mind, ones who have worked with him.

Why would Josh want to keep coaches who don't know the ins n outs of the offensive system?

Get rid of them.

With the OC and DC hires, the players are going to realize right away that these coaches have experience and they are going to learn a lot compared to last season. White will be like a sponge.

And I would think that knowing what these coaches are going to expect and demand from them they will be working their asses off all of the off-season.

Even though it was posted in here yesterday that Liam Coen had already been hired by the Jaguars....

JAX is a ****show.
What am I missing with them? They always seem to, just, suck. But I never hear about "organizational rot" with them that is keeping good staff and players from wanting to go there. Of course I don't listen to the 98.5 Sports Hub version of Jacksonville radio so I don't get to hear the doom and misery going on over there too

That would be a demotion for Welker.

Or played for him. We’ll see.

I think MacDaniels sees himself as the passing game coordinator. There was no such position here when he was OC.
His Offense uses the RB's - TE and Slot WR.
