Definitely not. The Raiders have a much better location, way more cap space, and an equal QB situation (as in, they don't have one). The Raiders have a slightly lower draft pick, but not that much. Mark Davis is a better owner than Woody Johnson. And the Raiders have 100% less Jete Stank.

Brady isn’t running this franchise Mark Davis is and he is a clown. Don’t see Vrabel going to work for him. Reason it fell apart for Vrabel in Tennessee is mostly due to his relationship with the owner.

I have a feeling Davis won't say no to anything Brady suggests, much less if Brady really wants it.

Remember the other owners had to intervene in the sale because Davis was practically giving away ownership shares to Tom for cents on the dollar. I mean just look at the guy. Davis would do anything Brady wants. I just don’t see Vrabel accepting to go there.

Brady is just a poster boy. he isn’t in the day to day of the franchise. Mark Davis is. Vrabel would report to Mark Davis not Brady.

I also think that Vrabel has a closer relationship with the Krafts than Brady. To me if he had to choose he would take the Krafts over Brady.

But we will see.

If I read his deal right, if they cut him as a Post June 1st designation, it'll only be $14M in dead money in 2025 with $9M in cap savings - but then there will be about a $35M dead money hit in 2026, two years after he's gone. Either way they will be a little tight on cap the next 2 years.

Give Vrabel a QB and not give up your 5th pick in round one for perhaps Alabama QB Milroe to be drafted There might be a pick or two difference. Cosby changes our whole defense. Plenty of buzz on him wanting out. Money is a main reason.
