Maye pass looked like a miscommunication...bad read + bad route.

Rookie mistake
Love the people ripping Drake. Thats the problem he is so good as a rookie, and mostly doesn't look like one people forget he is. And he sat for 6 weeks.

People need to chill, you can question the decision no problem. But to say it's a long term problem, stop with all that crap.

agreed, but he still needs to learn when to take the loss and still keep the ball. As you said, he is rookie, hopefully he will learn from this
Agreed. Since it’s timely, I always like to remember all the similar plays Josh Allen made during his rookie year and hope for the best.

probably looking at a 13 or so point loss, which is better than expected - probably saves Mayo’s job, although going up 14 early and then doing nothing the rest of the game on both sides of the ball is a bad look

Well, you Travis Hunter fans will get your wish. Like they say, be careful what you wish for.
Well he is the “can’t miss pick”. We’ll draft him as a WR and when he doesn’t make good we switch him to CB (which for some reason we seem to draft well) and he and Gonzo will both be shutdown corners….

Maye threw that short. There's no way the receiver was supposed to stop and turn around like a curl route.

In Mayes defense....how the **** can he get into a rhythm with run, run pass almost every possession since they got up 14?

That’s a tough one for Maye…playing well ….had a chance to go ahead or tie it there and he throws a huge INT which is complete momentum shift. I’m sure he will learn from these mistakes

Josh Allen his first few years used to make dumb interceptions like that
Got much better after year 3. Maye will get there

I don’t think Maye has been around long enough to see Patriots throwback red uniforms so that’s not a proper excuse for that bad Int.

If the Pats win, they move to 7th draft pick.
