For the love of God, get that man a wide receiver

Players push to get other players all the time. It's up to the GM or coach or whoever to acquiesce or not. Putting it on Kraft or Brady while absolving BB of all blame is ridiculous.
To pretend that Brady is a normal QB ridiculous as well. I never said that BB was not responsible I only answered your question about Brady. Sorry it didn't go as you hoped. LOL

Is that the route we want to go?

Mohammad Sanu, Juju Smith Schuster, Nelson Agholor were colossal busts here

Before the free agency period arrives, I hope that the two children upstairs - and any other remnant of Belichick Stank in the front orifice remaining - are all Fired on Black Monday, and that ownership finally restores Competency to the Grocery-Shopper chair.

you’ll need to trade of draft. Best they’ll likely come up with is Chris Godwin but I’m leaning more towards some over the hill guy like Keenan Allen coming on board

I didn't think Polk would be this this bad...time to see what Javon Baker can do we have no choice now.

Dude's Worse than SloPolk, who at least was a consensus mid-late 3rd-round value... Over 2/3 of the league had Baker's name REMOVED from their draft boards.

If I had been forced to take a WR at 110, I would've taken a chance on Maye's go-to target at UNC last year, Devontez Walker.

DDoug has 3.9yds of separation... 6th out of all WRs. In the nextgen stats era, I don't think I've seen a Pats WR with SEP that high this late with close to that many catches. His more expensive version ZayF is 4th with 4.1yds. Grain of salt with this stat, though, as imho, it's a QB stat, too.

That number in the far right is Catch% - woof. Polk's 1.8yds of sep is... sad... DPark-esque.

The FAs out there do not overwhelm with their depth and ability.

Here's your left tackle FAs:

Here's your WRs:

I don't know the tackles, but that's a thin class. Better to draft one.

The WRs we all know. Diggs, pass. Higgins, ok, but is he a true #1? Oft injured this year and last. I think he'd be a guy that you'll celebrate getting and then ***** about. The entire league is going to be in on him, so he's going to 100% break the bank. Anyone else over 30, pass. Godwin coming off a big injury. May not be the same. Dionte Johnson and Marquis Brown? Don't we have those guys now? There's no magic pill there.

You'd better develop what you have bud, because there's no savior out there, at least in these two position groups.
There are some LTs listed as just Tackle, Walker Little and Alaric Jackson interest me. I would love to see them throw money at Stanley and put alot of focus on the defense.

These are all Building 19 signings. Except Sanu, which cost a 2nd round pick, but that was a Kraft/Brady production.

Brady wanted - and needed - someone after the Early Bird forced Bill to release AB and Josh Gordon continued to do Josh Gordon things.
I'm sure he would've gladly accepted Emmanuel Sanders, but the cost - a 3rd & 4th for Sanders & a 5th - was apparently too rich for Bill's blood, who once again (e.g. Weapon CP & Demaryius Thomas earlier that year) acted penny-wise but pound-foolish.

It took 3-4 years but I got over Harry over Deebo/AJ. I’m still in therapy over Tyquan instead of Pickens. I’m not ready for this debate yet.
I will never get over trading out of the first in a draft consisting of Justin Jefferson falling to 22, to scoop Uncle Dugg in the second

Ahhh Manny Sanders…apparently we “tried” twice to get him, both times we lowballed him and lost out. Instead, we went dumpster diving and ended up with trash bags at WR.

Apparently, the Pats were too tight to fit Sanders under the cap in 2019 which is why they turned their attention to Sanu.

Here's a question for you guys. Sanders told Bill in 2014 he was ready to join the Pats, but he wanted the same deal Amendola got in 2013. They both had very comparable numbers with their prior teams. Why didn't Bill pull the trigger?

We sign Robinson or Staley in free agency and use the first round pick on one of the few decent receivers in this draft.

We hear a lot of Tee Higgins talk. What about a deal for DK Metcalf? Basically, one year left on his deal. He’d be our deep threat opposite a big target like Tet. Pop Douglas working slots.

Perhaps Billy felt compelled to trade-down in order to recoup the 2nd-rounder he idiotically threw-away for Mo’ Snuze…

Didn’t Bill sign him to an offer sheet that spring?
