For the love of God, get that man a wide receiver

This doesn't sound good. It seems we may have a situation here already:

The Patriots pulled Javon Baker from kickoff return unit after two attempts. Mayo: "Didn't execute the way we all hoped he would. Even on that big return [46 yards], it was one of those situations 'Is he coming out?' Same with 2nd..."
Mayo have no choice this week but to play Javon Baker in the regular Offense. I am sure Polk will be a healthy scratch: his Rookie year is basically over. Polk have a lot of work to do over the Off-season. I expect to bring in Two WR's in 2025 one in FA the other via the Draft.

Is that the route we want to go?

Mohammad Sanu, Juju Smith Schuster, Nelson Agholor were colossal busts here

Tee Higgins...Ray IF the Bengals let'l him walk.

Godwin also coming up this year isn’t he? Sure the buccs will try to keep him.

Coming off a serious injury though same for Diggs. I wouldn't mind either on prove it one year deal.

Do you trust this FO to draft a WR? I do not. We better pay for a couple WRs in FA, and fire the entire FO while you are at it.

Whoever thought Polk was an NFL receiver should never be in our building.
I didn't think Polk would be this this bad...time to see what Javon Baker can do we have no choice now.

What's all the complaining about? Our head coach assures us we were in complete control the entire game. It ain't about the score; it's about the post-game press conference and about the beautiful collaborative culture: no more silos! Now let me show show you a few snaps of my recent trip to Israel. That's Jerrod by the pretty fountain.

Think they’ve both shown too productive for their stock to drop that low.

Somebody will gamble on a guy who was on 5 TD’s in the opening 7 games even with the ankle injury.

Would be a great option to give a young QB, not sure why he’d want to join us though.

Maye will be the Draw.

1 first rounder and 2 high second rounders expended on wide receivers over last 6 years and all 3 colossal busta- not even an iota of performance - harry, Thornton, Polk.

I would fire the scout who scouted Polk now. We should go and hire better college scouts. the rot runs deep . Give a bonus of 100k to the scout who identifies an dhelps draft the first 1000 yard wide receiver for pats. Not even a single person in last 7 years.

If I am Kraft even I would be stingy . Results on field are pathetic. He opened the purse for 2021 and got hit hard. Rams have identified 2 gems in kupp and nacua in later rounds.

Pop is actually regressing this year. He looks more like wr4 rather than wr2. Mcconkey might have been a solid upgrade.

Let’s hope so
Fun Fact I realize this some time ago the Third QB can sometimes be the gem case and point... D Watson - J Allen and J Herbert were all Third QB's taken. Now we can add Drake Maye to that mix: it feels good.

I feel the same way about Pop Douglas too he's a little meh. I said we have too many number 3 - 4 and 5 receivers lacking a 1 and 2.

I don't get it, TBH. Guys just wanna go...

... but there's no plan and really no one who's going to be transformative. Trades, like Welker and Moss, ok, sure, but that costs draft capital, and generally vets are more money. It's not as simple as "spend RKK's money, d%#*!@t!" I keep saying the same thing: Who? Which guy? Throwing money at the problem gets KJ Osborne, or someone like him, especially this upcoming off season. You're going to get a shot at overpaying Tee Higgins and then watch as he's no where near as good as guys think without Ja'Marr Chase opposite him.

Truely great players in the prime of their career aren't available via free agency. It ain't like baseball. You end up with role players, cancerous pricks, locker room lawyers or guys beyond their "best by" date.
Throwing money at the problem doesn't get you KJ Osborn. You got KJ Osborn out of the clearance bucket at Wal-Mart.

Go look at the list for 2025 and tell me who the fix is.

Nice article on player development. What is the wr coach doing ?

Can we have someone focus on how to maximize strengths of baker and polk rather than trying to fit them into a peghole.
