Chiefs and Chiefs fans never cared about a perfect season. That is a pointless novelty. They have their eyes set on the 3-peat which will set them apart from all NFL dynasties. This loss was pretty forgettable.

Whatever helps you get over the loss. The cope is understandable. I'd probably be saying that too.

Darn right they wanted the perfect season. To be fair it shouldn't have been a thing anyway, they were on the right end of so many breaks over the season up to now and now by the law of averages it had to break the other way at some point.

Nobody thought they were gonna have a perfect season come on. There's been way too many close calls against not good teams. Everybody and their grandma seen a loss like this coming. Maybe I'm just special but I knew they were going to need more than luck to beat the Bills and sure enough they ran out of luck.

Indeed. They also still have HFA by record but the gap is realistically a half game now since they won't have H2H over Buffalo.

And I made a gross exaggeration in my last post. They have only played two legit bad teams so far, the Raiders and Saints. Every other team they have played up to this point is a potential playoff contender. It's hard to call the Bengals a bad team even though their record is bad.
