Pats front office at the deadline

He had the 2022 season 11 sacks.. I believe that's what he can be in a fucntio defense.. right now he's got an opportunity to make plays and make $$$ but he's invisible most games.
11 sacks playing opposite of Judon, an absolute beast in 2022. Give half of those sacks to Judon, at least. Uche is a one-dimensional JAG that probably wouldn't make many other NFL rosters because he can't play the run adequately. He's a liability.

This is equivalent to bears hoping they can get our 3rd pick for fields.

Bears fans actually thought they could get our 3rd pick in the draft for Fields, and one of their writers wrote about it.

He had 10 Sachs in 5 games.
The rest of his career he has 10.5 in 53 games.

So Uche sits this week due to trade rumors? Soooo, our former 26 year old second round pick sits down so we can get an additional seventh rounder? Well, if there was *any* doubt left that the front office “is soft”, you can disregard it. Speaking of “former” second rounders, I see 24 year old T.T. may be “active” this week in the hopes we can get maybe a “ future” seventh rounder. T.T. gets his chance while this year’s 22 year old second rounder, like Allstate Insurance, known for his “good hands ”, is held out so we can maintain his future late round “value”. Did I mention second round draft pick, Kyle Dugger is also injured and out this week though no trade rumors involved since he’s too valuable being worth a fourth round pick. Unless/until we start having good drafts again, how ‘bout we trade out of the second round since apparently there is some kind of a jinx in play when we select in this round!

I see it. I thought 0-17 was on the table to start the year. 1-16 isn't off of it, until it is.
So much for that.

This team will win just enough games to pick too low to get any franchise cornerstone quality players.

Agreed. We should continually sign FAs to compliment the existing team instead of carrying over cap space. Signing few quality FAs this year and having $140 M in cap space next year is lousy management.
We used to do that, didn’t we?

I'm thinking.. Drake, pop, gonzo, Barmore, are sure fire players we can say are part of the present and future. The thing with pop he needs a QB to get him the ball to unlock his abilities. Brissett does none of wich.

I want to see his connection with his hands.
I believe we saw what the result would probably be with Maye throwing to T.T. yesterday. Perfectly placed 35 - 40 yard bomb right into his hands for a “clean” drop. As a famous Pats ex-coach was known to say, “it is what it is”…

Uche gone, hopefully osborn is next. Get whatever you can for him

He wasn't going to be back next year. They should trade pretty much any player they don't anticipate being back next year if another team calls. Only exception being if they're important from a locker room/maintaining baseline level of playable guys.
