Team could really use his physicality and toughness right about now.

First it was because of the offense, now it’s because of injuries - even though the guys injured aren’t difference makers. They were never elite and gave uninformed fans false hope beating up on bad teams while ignoring the ass kickings by the competent teams.

Losing Barmore and Bentley is tough, but getting ass whooped by the ****ing Jaguars of all teams means you were never a good defense to begin with

I tried that analogy already, no one bought it except maybe you.

I had doubts about Mayo and Wolf upon hire but I'm also willing to let it play out at least a full season before making any judgment.
I loved the Washington GM hire Adam Peters and look what he's done. He should have drafted Maye but other than that he built a solid team in 1 off season.
Wolf was not officially in charge during the off season, that was weird, was it collaborative, how much power did he really feel he had?

We could have Maye for 15 years, if we blow the first 2 that's not great but it is not the end of the world if they follow it up with the right people.
I hope they prove they have the right people already but they are every far from proving that.

With or without them, the defense wouldn’t be any good. Teams can easily erase Barmore knowing nobody else will step up.

Bentley is only a downhill LB who gets badly exposed when offenses make him run laterally.

Gonzalez is regressing and White has completely fallen off a cliff.

I have no idea what Mapu is doing at FS. His awareness is horrendous and very slow diagnosing plays.

Fans desperately want these guys to be good because there’s not much else to be excited about.

Correct, you kick the extra point, then it's a one score game and forces Jax to play for a FG at least etc etc. Now the way they were moving the ball it might not have mattered but still..its the right call.

He needs to figure his issues out asap or he going to be out of this league soon.

Maye is getting better every week.

Defense run stop has been trash. Either our D linemen or linebackers are trash or the coaching is super trash. I don’t know how they let everyone run wild on em…

Polk should be getting help figuring his issues out.

That’s called “coaching”.

We used to have a HC who would give one on one hands on coaching to individual players. Remember?
